Cataract Glaucoma Vitrectomy

Cataract surgery is one of the most common surgical procedures performed worldwide. The easyPhaco technology was developed for safe and efficient phacoemulsification. Thanks to Oertli’s unique fluidics concept, easyPhaco allows direct control over fragments and ensures a high holdability *. The occluded fragments absorb the ultrasound energy and are then efficiently aspirated with no clogging *. The infusion capacity is several times higher than the aspiration volume, enabling maintenance of the intraocular pressure for a stable anterior chamber ¹ and is available for incisions from 1.6 mm to 3.2 mm.

Cataract Glaucoma Vitrectomy

HFDS or High Frequency Deep Sclerotomy is an implant-free, ab interno procedure for micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). The HFDS glaucoma tip is inserted through a 1.2 mm paracentesis and uses high-frequency diathermy to place small sclerotomy pockets in the iridocorneal angle, aiming to improve the outflow of aqueous humour.

The Continuous Flow Cutter belongs to the most current innovations in vitrectomy surgery. The trendsetting cutting concept ensures continuous flow without any perceivable pressure fluctuations and enables optimum portioning of the vitreous body. Thanks to the SPEEP pump, the Continuous Flow Cutter obtains an even higher degree of precision.
